Rahmat Sanusi serves as the Resident Director for Residence Education and Residence Hall Association (RHA) Advisor in the Department of Housing and Residence Life at the University of West Georgia. Prior to this role, Rahmat served as Resident Director for Center Pointe Suites (CPS) and The Oaks, where she ensured smooth running of the buildings, supervised resident assistants, organized programs, supported student success initiatives, managed residence communities, and fostered inclusive living-learning environments. In her current role, Rahmat leads resident education initiatives and advises the Residence Hall Association, empowering student leaders, strengthening community engagement, and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to connect and thrive. 

Rahmat earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lagos in 2021 and became a Nigerian-trained attorney in 2022. She later earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of West Georgia (UWG) in 2026 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Business Analytics at (UWG). Rahmat brings experience in corporate law, compliance, marketing, and business operations, and is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to enhance student success and organizational effectiveness.
