Felicia Todd is a student affairs professional with nearly a decade of experience in higher education. She is dedicated to fostering student success through supportive, engaging, and accountability-driven environments that help students grow both personally and academically.

Her experience spans student conduct, academic advising, orientation, parent and family engagement, residence life, and graduation services. Across these roles, she has focused on collaboration, student development, and building meaningful connections that enhance the overall student experience.

Felicia earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. Her research explores how staff and faculty well-being impacts student outcomes, emphasizing the importance of healthy, supported work environments in higher education.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys life with her husband, their two boys, and family, and values the simple, everyday moments that bring balance, joy, and grounding to both work and home life.
