Ginny is a Career Coach in the Office of Career Services at the University of West Georgia, where she supports students as they discover their interests and build confidence in their career paths. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University and later moved to Carrollton to complete her M.A. in Psychology at UWG (Go Wolves!).

Before joining Career Services, Ginny spent 10 years in nonprofit and human services work. She loves applying the skills she developed in mentoring, advocacy, and community support to help students set meaningful goals and take their next steps with clarity.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll usually find Ginny tending her garden, trying out new baking projects, or relaxing with a good video game.
