Sara Lokey serves as the Resident Director for Residence Education, where she provides leadership for residence education initiatives and oversees the Resident Housing Association (RHA) program. Before joining the professional staff, Sara served as a Resident Assistant (RA) in Center Pointe Suites for two academic years while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of West Georgia. In this role, she fostered community engagement, mentored residents, and helped create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive living environment.  

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at UWG.As a student, Sara was actively involved in campus life as a member of the UWG Marching Wolves and served as president of the Wesley Organization. Her experiences in student leadership, combined with her passion for student development, continue to guide her work in supporting students and building vibrant residential communities.
