Academic Testing Center
Located in Stroizer Hall, Academic Testing Services provides departmental, institutional, and national testing opportunities to students and non-students in an atmosphere which enables examinees to perform to the best of their abilities.

Accessibility Services
Located in Row Hall, the Office of Accessibility Services at the University of West Georgia is committed to providing access to campus resources and opportunities to allow students with disabilities to obtain a quality educational experience at UWG.

Advising Center
Located in the UCC building, the Advising Center supports students in their path to graduation via delivering information about advising and registration, providing appropriate course recommendations to keep students on track, and teaching students to use the tools for self-advisement the University of West Georgia offers.

Located in Aycock Hall, the mission of the Office of Student Accounts and Billing Services’s Office is to provide quality support and information to students in the assessment and collection of all student fees, the disbursement of all student refunds, and the fiscal management of all student financial aid programs including federal, state and private funding.

Located in the UCC building, the Center for Academic Success helps students succeed at the University of West Georgia by providing academic support and tutoring.

Located in Row Hall, the Counseling Center provides free, confidential counseling and support services to all enrolled UWG students.

Enrollment Services Center
Located in Parker Hall, the Enrollment Services Center is the first stop to answer questions about registration, financial aid and student billing.

Financial Aid
Located in Parker Hall, the Office of Financial Aid works with a variety of federal, state and institutional loans, grants, scholarships and work programs and provide information and assistance to students, their parents or sponsors and secondary school personnel.

Registrar's Office
Located in Parker Hall, the Registrar's Office is responsible for a multitude of tasks including maintenance of the student academic records, management of the Banner course catalog, schedule and registration, evaluation of transfer credits for new and continuing undergraduate students, monitoring the academic progress of candidates for undergraduate degrees and offer support and advice regarding academic policies and procedures.

The purpose of the Student Veterans Association (SVA), at the University of West Georgia, a chapter of the Student Veterans of America, is to provide a social group and support structure to help veterans adjust to and become successful in civilian and college life. The SVA strives to raise awareness in veterans' issues and needs to the campus community and to the University of West Georgia administration, as well as provide information to veterans about their benefits and governmental policies. Additionally, the SVA promotes community service and volunteerism, organizes social and campus activities, and encourages veterans to become active in the campus life of the University of West Georgia.
