ART-4822 Book Arts
Description
This course will investigate the handmade book as art object. Bookbinding structures and techniques will be explored, ranging from traditional hard bound books to conceptual book objects and artists books. Letterpress printing with handset type will accompany digital technology, RISO printing, and other techniques for creating will be studied.
