All mandatory steps below must be followed to participate in the regional fair.

STEP 1- Agreement for School & County Coordinators
(Email completed agreement to sbdutt@westga.edu by September 30, 2026)

STEP 2 - Student, parent, and teacher information to develop project
(Use GSEF documentation including official abstract form and other required forms)

STEP 3 - Student Registration
(Rocket Judge portal opens January 2027)

STEP 4 - What to Bring, Best Practices, Interview Tips for Regional Competition 
(Attend Regional Fair at UWG Carrollton Campus on February 5, 2027)

Eligibility

Students should have competed and advanced through a school or county-level event in one of the following Georgia counties: Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Heard, Meriwether, Polk, or Troup. Home school competitors need to have competed in a homeschool group or the nearest school in their region.
