Requirements for a Minor in History
15 HOURS CREDIT
Students minoring in history are required to take one additional course from either the United States History or the World History two-semester sequences (ie. HIST 2111: America to 1865 or HIST 2112: America since 1865; or HIST 1111: World History before 1500 or HIST 1112: World History since 1500). Four additional upper level history electives, chosen from at least two fields (World, U.S., European). HIST 2302 Methodology can count towards the minor as an elective.
