The Performance Excellence Certificate Program is instructed through 50% face-to-face instruction and 50% online. The PEC addresses ten (10) core topics related to professionalism; participants must successfully complete a minimum of eight (8) of the ten (10) courses to earn a certificate. The program offers 8.0 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) which is equivalent to 80 hours worth of instruction. Depending on availability, participants may register for PEC courses individually ($99); however, receive a substantial discount for joining a semester-long PEC cohort ($495).
