NUTR-3100 Lifecycle Nutrition and Disease Management
Description
This undergraduate course provides students with knowledge about the unique nutritional needs of populations throughout their lifecycle. These populations will include infants, children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, and middle-aged and older adults. The course will also investigate various chronic diseases and how nutrition plays a role in prevention, treatment, and health maintenance.
