Description

This course is an introduction to the prevention, recognition, evaluation, care, and rehabilitation techniques for sport or athletically related injuries. Topics include delineation of roles and responsibilities of members of the Athletic Healthcare System, injury physiology and healing timelines, environmental risk factors, first aid/emergency care scenarios in sport, and taping/wrapping and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
