This course provides students with theoretical knowledge and pedagogical applications in the field of health and physical education. Educating the whole child is considered from three pillars: (a) individual emotional health, mindfulness, and metal fitness; (b) a comprehensive school physical activity program approach to promote lifelong health; and (c) advocacy for the education of the whole child in school systems and professional organizations.
