How do I document my hours?

  • Community Service Hours should be documented at the time they are performed via WolfConnect.
  • When a student signs up for an Honors College or CSI hosted event through WolfConnect, the involvement hours will be applied to the student’s account in WolfConnect after the event has taken place. Students will be required to sign in and out at the event, or swipe his/her UWG student ID when attending the event.
  • Students volunteering service for any organization not hosted through the Honors College or CSI will need to manually input their volunteer service hours through WolfConnect.
  • Before credit is received for the hours of participation, the Center for Student Involvement Office will contact the organization to confirm participation and validate the hours attended.
  • At the end of the semester the student participates in community engagement activities, students should complete a Community Service Project Reflection Summary Form that will be available within the Honors College Portal in WolfConnect. The reflection will help students gain a greater understanding of their roles in the community, as well as the impact of their contributions towards those in need of service.
