Student Research Excellence Program
The Undergraduate Student Research Excellence Program is a unique paid research opportunity that supports up to ten UWG Undergraduate students to develop their own research project around the topic of their choice.
To assist the application and research process, students wanting to apply for this program must identify and work with a faculty mentor to design a project and develop a proposal to submit for review. Awardees receive a stipend once in the fall semester and once in the spring semester and up to $500 in reimbursable costs to cover materials and supplies needed for the project for a total of $1,500 for the academic year.
