What is Navigate360?
Navigate360 is UWG's student success platform that helps faculty and staff support students through appointments, notes, cases, and other student success tools.
Who has access to Navigate360?
Faculty have access to Navigate360 and can view their assigned courses and students once classes begin each semester. Additional permissions are granted based on an employee's role.
How do I request access or changes to my Navigate role?
Contact your area's Navigate Super User. They can assist with access requests and role changes.
Can students see my notes?
No. Notes are only visible to authorized university employees with the appropriate permissions.
When should I issue a Case?
Issue a Case when a student would benefit from follow-up or assistance from another campus office or care unit.
Where can I view Cases I have submitted?
Faculty and staff can view Cases they have submitted by selecting the Cases tab in Navigate.
Where can I get Navigate training? Who should I contact if I need help?
Contact your area's Navigate Super User or the Navigate Application Administrator for assistance.
