Math Tutoring Center
The Department of Mathematics operates a free tutoring service called the Math Tutoring Center(MTC). The tutoring center is staffed by faculty and students who have demonstrated an understanding of the mathematics courses offered at this institution.
The tutoring center is open for help in all MATH classes, just walk in, no appointment needed.
They have tutoring as well as textbooks and computers to assist you.
The Math Tutoring Center is located in room 205 of the Boyd Building. If you have any questions or comments about the Math Tutoring Center please email Dr. Scot Gordon at firstname.lastname@example.org or Dr. Xiaofeng Gu at email@example.com.
Log in the CourseDen, and MTC Online Tutoring should be listed there together with your other courses. (If not, click View All Courses, and find it. You can pin it to make it on your front page). Enter MTC Online Tutoring. You can access live tutoring session from the top course menu “Communication”, choose “Collaborate Ultra”, and then enter a session when available. You can also post questions in the discussion board, from the top course menu “Communication”, choose “Discussions”, and posting your questions in the corresponding course.
