Auxiliary Services
Auxiliary Services on the campus of the University of West Georgia exists to provide essential products and services directly or indirectly to students, faculty, and staff. The vast majority of the UWG Auxiliary Services are self-operated (non-contracted) and function financially on a self-supporting basis, where the combination of fees and other revenues are sufficient to meet costs. Further, Auxiliary Services is not subsidized by state appropriations or additional educational and general revenues.
We strive for excellence in product and service delivery, with primary commitments to accessibility and affordability.
With the exceptions of the Campus Center, Health Services, Coliseum, and Athletics, all campus Auxiliaries report under the leadership of the Senior Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Enterprises and Business Services; including, but not exclusively, the UWG Bookstore, Dine West, Housing and Residence Life, Parking and Transportation, Mail Services, Print Services, the Townsend Center for the Performing Arts, Laundry Services, Vending Services, the Wolves Card Office.
Additionally, Auxiliary Services collaborates with campus partners to jointly manage ReserveWest, Tailgating, and Commencement.
