Biography

Karen serves University System of Georgia's eCore and eMajor as Associate Director for Collaborative Programs on the partnerships and enrollment team. She is responsible for the connections and relationship building with current and prospective affiliate campus stakeholders. She also plays a vital role on the student support and success team to offer guidance to enrolled students. Karen earned her BA degree in Interpersonal Communications from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio and her M Ed Counseling/ College Student Affairs from University of West Georgia in Carrollton GA. Karen is a gregarious vocalist in a regional classic rock cover band, the Groove Gypsies. She and her husband, Scot, are enjoying being empty-nesters with devotion to travel and taking rides on their Harley.
