Quin Roberts

My name is Quinderious Roberts, but I go by Quin. I was born in Griffin, Georgia but I call Jackson, Georgia my home. I am the first generation of my family to attend college. I attended the University of West Georgia and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science. I also attended the University of West Georgia for my graduate studies and completed my Masters of Science in Urban and Regional Planning.

My passion to serve students began from my experiences as an undergraduate. I served as Vice President and Senator in the Student Government Association. I marched in the UWG Marching Band “The Sound that Lights the South” and re-chartered the West Georgia Chapter of the Young Democrats. As a professional, my passion for Student Affairs grew working with Housing and Residence Life, but my experience working with families fostered my sense helping others reach their full potential. Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, reading and enjoying nature.

I am the Assistant Director of Residential Facilities Services which is part of Central Campus. I oversee the daily operations of housing including maintenance and custodial staff in the residence halls. I also oversee our Information Technology and Safety and Security of the residence halls. GO WEST!!! GO WOLVES!!!
