Favorite UWG Memory
It's hard for me to pick just one - but my favorite UWG memory is definitely graduation, because I got the opportunity to look back at all the wonderful things I accomplished throughout my 4 years at West Georgia. From joining several organizations and working on campus, UWG definitely made my student experience so memorable (which is why I ended up choosing to work for the University since I wanted give back to the institution that gave me so much).

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.” by E. E. Cummings
My Best Advice for New Students
The best advice I can give to an incoming student is to definitely utilize the resources that this university offers. We have so many wonderful things on our campus that can help each student learn how to succeed and be comfortable with the changes that college brings. I also encourage every student to get involved since that's a great way to ensure that their experience is the very best!
