Small group training is an excellent way to work alongside others who are working toward common goals all while experiencing accountability, camaraderie, and hands-on training, helping provide support and a game plan for reaching your goals.

Shockwave: This training combines strength, cardio, and athletic training styles to create a fun yet challenging workout circuit.
