Description: This class makes you feel the burn and strengthens the lower body and core. All fitness levels are welcome for this class. Expect to be challenged with movements including squats, planks, steps and various forms of lower body strength exercises.
Begins Monday, Jan. 11 and repeats every Monday until April 26
Group Fitness Class begins at 6:30 p.m.
