Small group training is an excellent way to work alongside others who are working toward common goals all while experiencing accountability, camaraderie, and hands-on training, helping provide support and a game plan for reaching your goals.

Learn2Lift: This training teaches the fundamentals of lifting weights while developing individuals independence and confidence in the weight room.

  • Price: $45
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning Feb. 2 and ending March 11
  • 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. in the fitness floor
