Description: This class gives you the all-encompassing workout your body craves while utilizing a lot of the equipment available to you in our Functional Training area. This class teaches you all kinds of workout combinations that aid in training every part of your body by using momentum and endurance.

  • Begins Tuesday, Jan. 12 and repeats every Tuesday until April 27
  • Group Fitness Class begins at 6:30 p.m.
  • Located in Functional Training East
  • Registration deadline: Participants can register using MYREC, right up to the time of each class
