Description: This class makes you feel the burn and strengthens the lower body and core. All fitness levels are welcome for this class. Expect to be challenged with movements including squats, planks, steps and various forms of lower body strength exercises.

  • Begins Wednesday, Jan. 13 and repeats every Wednesday until April 28

  • Group Fitness Class begins at 6:45 p.m.

  • Located in Functional Training East

  • Registration deadline: Participants can register on MYREC right up to the time of each class
