Campus Center - Ballroom 108 Full

Thursday, October 21, 2021 Start Time TBA

Presenting your research at a public conference gives you a unique opportunity to make the most of your hard work, get feedback from peers as well as professional writers, and find connections between your research and the work that others are doing at UWG.

LURe and the Program in English encourage you to share in this experience on October 21 right here at UWG! We welcome research on any topic in the broader field of English, including Literature, Film Studies, Gender and Sexuality Studies, Africana Studies, Culture Studies, and Creative Writing.

By September 24, submit a brief abstract for your favorite final paper or research-based creative writing, noting the class in which it was assigned, to lhaught@westga.edu, mmmitchel@westga.edu, or emock@westga.edu, and ask your friends to join you. Email any of the above with any questions and follow us on Twitter and Instagram @lurejournal for more information.
