We recognize that the spirit of Going West includes the desire to lead others toward new ideas and amazing success. We've designed our Leadership Programs to respond to and encourage students who want to learn to lead effectively.

Our programs offer a variety of opportunities for gaining the experience and developing the skills you'll need as a leader. Regardless of your current level of leadership ability or experience, we have programs and training to take you to the next level of your development. You will find descriptions of the leadership programs we currently offer below.
