FIRST-YEAR RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
All first-year students at UWG are required to live on campus unless they are eligible for exemption via the residency waiver. The First-Year Residency Requirement is fulfilled by living on campus in the residence halls listed within this booklet. BOWDON HALL

Bowdon Hall is a co-ed traditional-style hall that has been fully renovated. Amenities include a movie theater, music studios, private study areas, and full-size kitchen.

CENTER POINTE SUITES

Center Pointe Suites has been a sought-after destination for living on campus. Amenities in this suites-style residence hall include a state-of-the-art meeting/presentation room, private study areas, TV rooms, a full-size kitchen and a patio with gas grill for resident use.

THE OAKS

The Oaks is a state-of-the-art suites-style residence hall that includes a meeting/presentation room, private study areas, TV rooms, and a full-size kitchen. This beautiful facility also has outdoor patios with comfortable seating areas for residents to enjoy.

UNIVERSITY SUITES

University Suites, is a 3-building hall for both first-year and upperclassmen students. University Suites 1 is reserved for first-years only. Amenities include an outdoor sand volleyball court, movie room, pool tables, study rooms and a full-size kitchen. Double and single suites are available for all students.
