1. To request permission to place a donation bin in the Campus Center, please email the Associate Director of Operations for University Recreation.

  2. All donation boxes must be approved by University Recreation at least 1 business day in advance.

  3. Only one department/organization may have a donation/collection box in the Campus Center at one time.

  4. Groups may display donation/collection boxes for a maximum of one week.

  5. Donation bins must be emptied out daily. It is the responsibility of the organization/student group to empty the bins completely.

  6. Display of donation/collection boxes are limited to the 2nd floor of the Campus Center. University Recreation reserves the right to determine the exact location within the atrium that the bin(s) will be placed. 

  7. University Recreation is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen items.
