    Currently open to all tiers.

  • Fall 2017

    Tier I: Student organizations and departments housed in the Campus Center charged with providing campus-wide programming  (ie: SAEM Vice President's Office, Student Activities Council, Student Government Association, University Recreation and Center for Student Involvement).
    Reservations can be submitted starting January 9, 2017

    Tier II: Registered student organizations
    Reservations can be submitted starting February 6, 2017

    Tier III: University Departments
    Reservations can be submitted starting March 6, 2017

    Tier IV: Non-University Organizations
    Reservations can be submitted starting April 3, 2016

    * Please note that certain major, University-wide events such as Homecoming, Orientation, Presidential, or Vice Presidential events, etc. will be given priority.

  1. Find the date you would like to reserve 
  2.  Read over page to see if your space is available to reserve  
  3.  Once you have verified on the calendar that your date is available, please complete a reservation form found on our Event Reservation Page.
