Event Management
Digital Media Solutions provides event support services including consultation, setup, support, and teardown. All events require a consultation to confirm expectations, available resources and feasibility. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Requests submitted after this deadline are not guaranteed to be approved or supported.
Please note the following:
- DMS does not support outdoor events. If your event is outdoor you will need to contact facilities.
- Not all services are available at no additional cost. Some may require third party support, which may incur additional charges.
- Service availability depends on staffing, scheduling, and resource constraints.
