Antivirus Software

Antivirus software is only installed by ITS on UWG-owned computers.  If you have a UWG-owned computer and need assistance with Antivirus software, please create a ticket with the ITS Service Desk by visiting https://help.westga.edu and include the name of the computer in the message. 

For student-owned computers and other devices, Antivirus software must be installed, active, and have Automatic Updating turned on for all operating systems.  If you need technical assistance with Antivirus software on your personal device, please visit Techwest located on the first floor of Ingram Library.
