The UWG Client Services Department connects faculty, staff and students to all ITS services and support. We strive to provide a single point of contact to obtain access or support for IT services and quickly resolve incidents and requests.  We also provide dedicated departmental liaisons and a growing number of experts dedicated to specific technologies and services.  Client Services is comprised of three teams: The Service Desk, Classroom Support, and Desktop Support.
