  1. UWG ID - Your UWG ID provides you with access to several University resources including email, network access, wireless, myUWG, Course Den, and OneUSG Connect.
  2. Password Reset - Access the Self Service link if you need to reset your UWG ID password: https://selfservice.westga.edu. To reset your password if you don’t remember your old password, you need to have set up your Security Questions. Self Service allows you to reset your password at any time.
  3. Dual Authentication - UWG uses "Duo" for Dual/Multi-Factor Authentication to access OneUSG Connect - The USG Portal for HR and Payroll information. For more information visit https://www.westga.edu/its/duo.
  4. Wireless Network - WelcomeWest provides access keys to users with a UWG ID. This key can be used on an unlimited number of devices (up to 5 concurrent connections). For more information visit https://www.westga.edu/its/wireless.php.
  5. IT Support - The ITS Service Desk is the First Point of Contact for support of UWG Computers, AV equipment, printers, classroom technology, telephone and voicemail, and password resets: 678-839-6587 or servicedesk@westga.edu.
  6. Go West Mobile App - The Go West Mobile App provides access to the Course Catalog, Enrollment, Financial Aid, the Bursar, Events, and the Campus Directory.
  7. Site Licensed Software - Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Mathematica, Maple, Bit Defender (Antivirus and Anti-malware) are all site licenced and available for use across campus.
  8. myUWG - Access to banweb (Online Student Information System Portal) to view and verify class rosters, enter grades and lift holds.
  9. Exam Scanning - Exam Scanning is hosted by the individual colleges at UWG. Contact your Department for more information.
  10. Voicemail - To access your Voicemail from your office press "Messages" on your phone - if you are away from your office you can dial 678-839-5099 and enter your extension and voicemail pin.
