To showcase the incredible lengths student-athletes on the University of West Georgia football team go to in their efforts to be in peak physical condition, Colton Campbell – a member of the University Communications and Marketing team – followed the diet and exercise regimen of the team’s quarterback for the 2019 season, senior Willie Candler.

In this video, Campbell speaks on what Candler’s strength training and conditioning did to his body in just one week – and reacts to some of the video footage captured during a particularly intense workout session.
