David Miranda, Ph.D., BCBA

Dr. David Ray Miranda, BCBA-D, is an Assistant Professor in the Special Education Department at UWG. He graduated from Purdue University with a Ph.D. in Special Education. David also holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Michigan State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Over the past 10 years, David has supported people with disabilities across various ages from pre-K to adulthood and across various settings, including residential homes, schools, and clinics. His areas of research interest include incorporating student preferences and behavioral training for parents, educators, and related-service professionals.
