Holly Foster

Holly Foster is the Assistant Director of UREC Programs at the University of West Georgia. Having been part of the UWG community for nearly six years as an undergraduate student, graduate student, and now a professional staff member, she has worked within University Recreation throughout her entire time at UWG. Her experience spans every area of UREC, giving her a well-rounded perspective on campus recreation and student development.

Holly earned her Master of Science in Integrative Health and Wellness from the University of West Georgia and is passionate about creating inclusive recreation experiences that promote student well-being, leadership, and lifelong healthy habits. She enjoys mentoring student employees and helping them develop both professionally and personally.
