Carrollton Housing Authority
The Housing Authority of the city of Carrollton is committed to being a leader in providing affordable housing to very-low, low and moderate-income persons through effective management and wise stewardship of public funds, partnerships with our residents and others to enhance the quality of life in our community.
The Carrollton GreenBelt is an 18-mile shared-use path designed for pedestrians and non-motorized users. Once complete, the trail will connect existing neighborhoods with the city school campus, the University of West Georgia, the city parks, and several commercial shopping areas.
Carroll County Parks
Carroll County has three parks: John Tanner Park, Little Tallapoosa Park and McIntosh Reserve Park.
Community Foundation of West Georgia
The Community Foundation of West Georgia partners with local non-profit organizations, individuals and companies, to increase opportunities to serve those in need, to beautify and to enhance the quality of life for the people of Carroll, Haralson and Heard Counties.
Cotton Mill Farmer's Market
Cotton Mill Farmer's Market, Inc. was started in 2002 to reconnect our farmers to residents, and preserve our agricultural heritage. Our non-profit market is run by a volunteer board made up of local vendors.
