Our Mission

The mission of Student Employment, A Division of the Office of Career and Graduate School Connections at the University of West Georgia is to provide our students with the comprehensive resources needed to attain their professional career goals. Through collaboration with campus, employer and community partnerships, we help students and alumni by facilitating career development through career counseling, student employment, experiential learning and the job search process. We aim to educate and empower our students to be proactive in their lifetime academic and career success.
