Learning Outcomes:
The learning outcomes for students completing the Master of Education in Speech-Language Pathology are taken from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) Five Core Standards (www.nbpts.org). The Master of Education in Speech-Language Pathology at University of West Georgia is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language -Hearing Association (ASHA) and leads to the Certificate of Clinical Competence through ASHA. Students are expected to meet learning outcomes that are aligned with ASHA standards.
