A student organization advisor plays a unique role in student development and success and can often be a main connection between students and the University community. Serving as a student organization advisor is a great way to make connections with different types of students and help with a students development in a co-curricular experience!

  • The Advisor Manual (PDF, 237KB): The manual contains helpful information from program planning and advising styles to University policies and procedures

  • The ACPA Advisor Manual was developed in the Spring of 2005 by the Commission for Student Involvement of ACPA (American College Personnel Association) as a "standardized" advisor manual to be used as a resource for advisors and practitioners
