A meal plan is the most convenient way to dine on campus. It is activated on your student ID card and works similar to a debit card. Most of our plans come with meals to be used at either of the two dining halls and also with Dining Dollars to be used at the two dining halls, all the dining retail locations, inside the Wolves Den and Pack Shacks on campus.

  2. Payments can be made online or in person with a credit/debit card, cash, personal check, or money order/cashier's check at the Aycock Hall, 1st floor payment window.

Any currently enrolled student can purchase a meal plan.

Once a student signs up for a plan before last day of drop/add, it is automatically added to their BANWEB along with the fees that are owed to the university including tuition, etc. You can pay for your meal plan online through your BANWEB account or in person at the Office of Student Accounts and Billing Services’s office.

A student wishing to add a meal plan (including Dining Dollars) after the drop/add date will need to:

  1. Visit or call the Wolves Card Office to add the desired plan and receive fee amounts.  The Wolves Card Office is located on the third floor of the UCC.  Phone:  (678) 839-6525
  2. Visit the Office of Student Accounts and Billing Services’s Office cashier window in Aycock Hall with cash or check to pay for the meal plan or use pre-pay online. 

A meal plan is a great way to eat healthy and save money while living on campus. All first-time-in-college students living on campus must participate in the All Access, Wolves or Basic Memberships for two semesters (Fall and Spring). All other residential students can select a meal plan of their choice each semester.

The safety of our students is essential to Dine West. We have several options available and post a notice about foods containing everyday items people can be allergic to, such as peanuts and shellfish.

We recommend setting up a meeting at the beginning of the semester with one of our highly trained chefs to discuss the needs of your student. You may set a meeting by emailing auxent@westga.edu.

Yes, each one of our locations has a type of vegetarian option, most notably our dining halls.

There are two dining halls. West Commons dining hall is near Arbor View, and East Commons is near The Oaks.

Dining Dollars will roll over into the next semester only if it is a consecutive semester. This also includes the summer semester.

No, you will need to sign up for a meal plan each semester. You may sign up during early registration for the following semester.

The UWG meal plan gives you convenience, flexibility, variety, and community. Enjoy healthy options, diverse cuisine and special events in our dining halls.

The meal plan typically becomes active the first day of Housing’s official move-in date and ends on the last day of finals week.

Any of our weekly plans come with a set number of meals per week. Any meals not utilized at the end of that week are forfeited. A new set of meals for the week will begin every Monday.

The week starts on Monday and end on Sunday.

Yes, our Pack Shacks are open late and located near the residence halls to satisfy all the daily needs of someone living on campus.

You can have a meal plan too! Many of our upperclassmen choose their own plans. It saves them time and money, along with leaving the cooking to us.

You must contact the Wolves Card Office at  (678) 839-6525  to report it and purchase a new ID card. The Wolves Card Office is open Monday – Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. You may report your lost ID after hours online via the Wolves Card Office Online.
