2026 Sorority Recruitment at UWG is scheduled for August 4-9, 2026. Recruitment events will begin on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 5, 2026, with PNM Orientation. Early Move-In dates for participants will be Tuesday, August 4, 2025.
It is important to note that Primary Recruitment at UWG is a mutual selection process and that participation in Recruitment DOES NOT guarantee a prospective member an invitation to join a sorority, nor does it obligate her to join. Women interested in participating in Recruitment can register online starting May 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
Recruitment Registration Fee: $80 (Please note that ALL registration fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.)
The recruitment registration fee covers the cost of the Recruitment Process. The cost includes: The ability to move in early, three meals, a recruitment T-shirt, and PNM Swag.
If you have additional questions about sorority recruitment, please email Panhellenic at panhellenic@westga.edu and panhellenic-recruitment@westga.edu.

Letter from the Vice President of Recruitment
Hi everyone, my name is Isabella Walker and I am so excited to serve as Panhellenic’s Vice President of Recruitment at the University of West Georgia. Deciding to join a sorority was one of the best decisions I made during my college experience. I have met some of the most incredible people through this process, which has made my journey even more meaningful. This is the beginning of what I hope will be some of the best years of your time here at UWG. We are here to guide, lead, and support you throughout every step of this process. I cannot wait to meet all of you. Go West, Go Wolves, and Go Greek!
