How to Submit a Reservation Request

Step 1: Visit Reserve West 

Step 2: Registered student organizations and departments should submit a request by selecting Reserve Space under the Faculty, Staff, and Student Organizations box. 

Step 3: Sign in with your UWG ID and password. Only the Presidents, Vice Presidents, and University Advisors can make reservations for UWG registered student organizations.

Step 4: Click Book Now to create your reservation.

Step 5: Input date and time for each booking then, select Search. Click the "+" sign by the preferred location. 

Step 6: Click Next Step to complete reservation details.

Step 7: Complete reservation details on the next page and then hit Create Reservation to submit.

Note: Some events may require special approval through Reserve West from the Center for Student Involvement, Risk Management, Campus Services, University Police, and Parking.
