Employees

In OneUSG Connect, all employees record and submit time through the Time and Absence module within Employee Self Service (ESS).

  • Biweekly employees report time worked and any leave taken.
  • Monthly employees report time not worked (leave taken).
  • Supervisors (time approvers) approve submitted time, which is loaded to Payroll.

Managers

In OneUSG Connect, managers will review and approve time through the Time and Absence module within Manager Self Service (MSS).
