Welcome to University Mail Services
Its time to mail those Graduation Invitations. Good News! We now accept Credit and Debit Cards for postage and shipping packages!
The University Mail Services is a USPS Contract Postal Unit. We offer most window services (i.e., express, registered, certified, and insured mail). A variety of stamps are available.
- A single stamp at the current rate of $0.82, or
- A book of 20 Forever® stamps for $16.40

Campus Office Mail Pick-up Requests
Mail Services is utilizing a new request-based pick-up system. Daily deliveries will be made to offices with incoming mail; however, outgoing mail will require scheduled pick-ups. Please complete the request form to schedule a mail pickup.
Student Mailbox numbers
To request a virtual mailbox, please complete this Mailbox Number Request to be assigned a unique 5-digit mailbox number. Watch for an email from uwgmail@westga.edu with your personal mailing address once itis processed.
