Purpose of Orientation
Orientation marks the beginning of your membership in the UWG Wolf Pack family! As an accepted student to the University of West Georgia, Orientation will be your first official introduction to campus culture, academics, and student life.
Orientation is the critical first step to becoming a successful UWG student, it is designed to help you settle into the university and provide you with information to fully prepare you for the start of your classes. Orientation Leaders and UWG faculty and staff will guide you through the course registration process and familiarize you with different services available to you as a UWG student.
How to Register
You are encouraged to complete the registration with your parent and/or guardian. You will be asked a few questions so we can best prepare for your arrival and to select your top choices for your new student program. To complete your registration you will be required to pay with credit/debit card or electronic check. After you have completed the registration, you will be sent a confirmation to the email address you provided in the registration.
Note: All orientation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
