The Scoop is a collection of calendars and other important information related to registration, courses, fees, and schedules.  

New and returning students will find The Scoop to be an extremely valuable resource of information and helpful links.

The Registrar's Office is located in Parker Hall.  Parker Hall is located directly behind Mandeville Hall which is on Front Campus Drive.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Jan 6 - Spring (non-eCore) classes begin 

Jan 6-10 - Open Drop - (non-eCore); drop ends at 11:59 pm January 10th 

Jan 6-11 - Open Add - (non-eCore); add ends, at 11:59 pm January 11th 

Jan 10 - Open Drop ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 11 - Open Add ends at 11:59 pm

Jan 12 - Fee Payment Deadline. Spring 2018 class schedules will be dropped for non-payment by noon on Tuesday, January 16th. Please visit the Bursar's website for additional information. 

Jan 12 - Withdrawal "W" period begins for Full Term (non-eCore)-16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between January 12th and February 28th will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.

Jan 13 - No Saturday classes

Jan 15 - MLK Day Holiday, no classes, offices closed

Jan 16 - Spring 2018 class schedules dropped for non-payment by noon. Please visit the Bursar's website for additional information. 

Jan 18-22 - FACULTY ONLY: Roster Verification; opens at noon on January 18th 

Feb 1 - Last day to Petition for In-State Tuition Status for Spring Semester

Feb 28 - Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Full Session (non-eCore)- 16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between January 12th and February 28th will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course. 

Mar 1 - Last day to apply for Summer graduation
