April 13	Short Term LoanApplications Available.
TBD 11:59 PM EST	Alete fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
May 14 11:59 PM EST	Session I, USG Goes Global, and WebMBA payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
May 26 11:59 PM EST	eCore Full Session, eMajor Full Session, Georgia Film Academy, and European Union fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
June 3 11:59 PM EST	Session II and Session III fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
June 4	Nelnet payment plan enrollment & plan increase deadline for all summer sessions.
June 11	Nelnet plan guarantee date.
June 15	First Short Term Loan payment due.
June 19	UWG receives first deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.
June 22	Refunds Session I, Session II, Session III, eCore Full Session, eMajor Full Session, Georgia Film Academy, European Union, and WebMBA to begin processing. Please visit our Refund Information page for details.
July 6 11:59 PM EST	Session IV fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
July 13	UWG receives last deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments.
July 15	Last Short Term Loan payment due.
July 16	Session IV refunds to begin processing. Please visit our Refund Information page for details.

Fall 2026

Fall 2025 Student Account Payment Schedule

June 12	Fall Rates Available on Student Accounts. Nelnet registration begins.
July 9	Short Term Loan Application Portal Opens.
August 19 11:59 pm	ALETE, Full Term, ARCHE, Session I and WebMBA payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
August 24 11:59 pm	eCore Full Session, eMajor Full Session, eCore Session I, eMajor Session I, Georgia Film Academy, and European Union fee payment deadline.
August 26	Nelnet Payment Plan Enrollment/Increase Balance Ends.
September 2	Nelnet Guarantee Date.
September 11	UWG receives first deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments. All payments made to Nelnet should be received by UWG at this time. Any refunds for over payments will begin processing the following week to the student's selected BankMobile refund preference.
September 15	First Short Term Loan payment due.
September 16	Refunds for Session 1, ARC, E01, E02, F, G01, G02, GFA, W, and U01 are estimated to begin processing.
September 29 11:59 pm EST	Last day Nelnet plans can decrease or be terminated.
October 2	UWG receives second deposit from Nelnet. Nelnet payments do not immediately post on student accounts. They are received and posted in two installments. All payments made to Nelnet should be received by UWG at this time. Any refunds for over payments will begin processing the following week to the student's selected BankMobile refund preference.
October 7 11:59 pm	Session II fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed session, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
October 15	Second Short Term Loan payment due.
October 19 11:59 PM EST	eCore Session II and eMajor Session II fee payment deadline. Failure to make payment in full by deadline or to have enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan will result in courses, within the listed sessions, in being reviewed for cancellation the next business day.
October 23	Refunds for Session II to begin processing. Please visit the Refund Information page for details.
October 31	Refunds for eCore Session II and eMajor Session II to begin processing. Please visit the Refund Information page for details.
November 15	Final Short Term Loan payment due.
