MEDT-7476 Coaching for Technology-Enhanced Learning
Description
This course focuses on the application of instructional coaching in support of technology-enhanced student learning in the P-12 setting. Specific concepts covered include types of assessments used in the classroom (e.g., formative, summative, performance, and alternative assessments), digital citizenship, technology integration models, instructional coaching approaches, data-informed decision making, and the evaluation of technology-based instructional tools. The course culminates with candidates coaching a P-12 teacher through the process of implementing and evaluating technology-enhanced instruction.
